Ouch! Neck cramp =(

Ouch! Neck cramp =(

Yesterday evening,my neck already start pain and after few hours,around 7pm+,my neck staring to cramp,Ouch! It hurts alot when i turn my head around and i walk around also pain..Because of that cramp,i can't really slept well...until now i still felt the pain! Hope get well soon..
